Vestry

• The vestry is the legal representative of the parish with regard to all matters pertaining to its corporate property.

• The number of vestry members and the term of office varies from parish to parish.There are a total of nine (9) vestry members who meet monthly to manage the affairs of the church.
•  
• Vestry members serve for a term of three years.
•  
• Three (3) of the members of the vestry rotate off of the vestry each year and three (3) new vestry members are elected at the Annual Parish Meeting in January.
