Vestry

The Congregation is governed by the Rector and the Vestry.

The Vestry consists of Wardens, Finance and several other key positions. The Vestry is the legal representative of the Parish in all matters concerning its corporate property and the relations of the Parish to its Clergy.

There are a total of nine (9) vestry members and elections are held at our Annual Parish Meeting in the Fall. Six (6) of the members serve for three years and the balance serve for a one year term.
